Free 14-day returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it – no reason needed. Shipping to Ireland is free, and we also cover the cost of your return.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumer law)

As a consumer in the European Union you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you (or a person nominated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example an email to info@mayfairdublin.com, or the form below) before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. The return address is included with the return label and instructions we send you.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the items as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging where possible. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewellery for pierced ears can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. Sale items and discounted items can be returned under the same conditions as any other item.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us straight away if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Under Irish and EU consumer law you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund for goods that are not in conformity with the contract, for a period of at least two years from delivery. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your right of withdrawal.

How to return

  1. Email info@mayfairdublin.com with your order number, or complete the withdrawal form below.
  2. We will confirm your return within 1–2 working days and send you the return instructions, return address and a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the indicated carrier location.
  4. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 14 days.
